what freq you are on..trying to find out who I can hear from my location.

My node call is w9jun-7. No activity up here. My county is very boring when it comes to ham radio..The adventurous, investigative, and experimental spirit has never been in this county for the most part.

Do you leave your 2 mtr digital on all the time or just when your home..just trying to know when it is on...Also same here not much interest just 2 mtr repeaters and nothing more....

I keep it on most of the time..I have been seeing a station from Austin and can connect to him from here. I think the call is wr9g...

That is wr9g....I will try for him also...

I believe he just came on and is testing at the moment...
I use a jetstream antenna at 25 feet<vertical>,  and capable of 200 watts but keep it down to 80 watts, do need a beam but have a 10 mtr beam and a 440  vertical I have to get rid of first...
Anyhow will try a connect

I found out this evening around 6:30 I can connect with wr9g-1 after a few tries, but no further when I put in  codes s, b etc, it disconnects me, how about you any further than connect..
